 2008 will mark the sixth year First American employees participate in the American Heart Association's American Heart Walk. The Heart Walk is the largest fundraiser for our local Rochester Chapter. In 2008, the association hopes to raise $770,000. The event features a 3 mile walk through downtown Rochester. The funds raised are used to fight heart disease and stroke through research and education.
In the previous 5 walks First American employees have raised $5,736. In 2004 First American was recognized as the "Top Fundraising Team" for the "Finance Category" for the 2004 Heart Walk.
