The Charles Settlement House has been providing services to the residents of northwest Rochester for over 90 years.  Programming and services are targeted to Preschool and Youth Development, Senior and Family Services, and Neighborhood Outreach. 

First American has worked with The Charles Settlement House to provide off-lease technology in order to refresh their computer lab.  This lab is used by students in the community, as well Charles Settlement House staff.  Additionally, First American employees participated in a youth mentoring day, in which teens working with Charles Settlement House during the summer learned about careers in accounting, information technology, sales, finance, marketing and human resources.  Students participating in this summer program received a laptop donated by First American upon their completion of the program.
