Fairport, New York (January 25, 2010) - First American Equipment Finance kicked off 2010 with its annual sales meeting. The national sales teams of First American came together in Chicago, Illinois to collaborate on the most effective ways to serve their valued clients.
After a brief review of the financial results from 2009, the discussion turned to the Company's mission to "grow businesses by passionately and professionally earning long-term relationships." Over the next two days, activities were scheduled to build on the First American customer-focused business model. Speakers at the event included Jon Gordon, who presented on customer service excellence and Jill Konrath, who led an interactive session on improving efficiencies. Both presenters inspired much thought and dialogue about First American and their customers.
Despite the economic conditions in 2009, First American had a successful year, and was recognized by Monitor Magazine, the leading trade journal for the leasing industry, as one of the Top 100 largest leasing companies in the United States. Building upon the successes of 2009, First American looks forward to the year ahead.
