Operations Positions
First American’s Fairport location has a unique opportunity for a full-time, career oriented position in the Credit & Operations department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing lease transactions. Specific areas of responsibility will include drafting lease documents, office support and organization, data entry, on-line research through government websites, credit analysis, economic analysis and decisions, contract audits and management of outside parties including equipment suppliers and service providers. No specific prior work experience is necessary and First American will provide formal, in-house training.
Requirements to be considered for the Project Manager position include the successful completion of a BS/BA from an accredited college or university, 2 - 5 years of general business experience. In addition one should have strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications, and has an interest in business, particularly in finance. In addition, the candidate must have the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, strong analytical skills, and superior time-management skills.
Finance Intern
First American’s Fairport location has a unique opportunity for a part-time or full-time paid internship in the Credit & Operations department.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the department, which coordinates and manages lease transactions. Specific areas of responsibility will include office support and organization, data entry, on-line research through government websites, and communication with outside parties including equipment suppliers and service providers. No specific prior work experience is necessary and First American will provide formal, in-house training.
