Bruce Masterson
General Counsel

Bruce has more than 20 years of legal experience within the leasing industry, both as in-house counsel for Tokai Financial Services, CIT and Fleet Capital, and as outside counsel. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and the College of William and Mary, where he majored in economics. Bruce, his wife, and their two children reside in Westborough, Massachusetts.
