Our Asset Management department provides the same exceptional level of service you have come to enjoy during your lease originations. Contact our Asset Management department any time during your lease at 800-801-3830 with questions about replacement equipment transitions, upgrades and additions, equipment purchases, lease extensions, equipment returns, or contract services.
- Our Customer Connect ™ web link provides confidential online asset management reporting so you can conveniently track your leases and leased equipment 24 x 7.
- We never sell or “broker” our interest in the equipment. You will always work exclusively with First American.
- Our clean walk-away provision enables you to return equipment with no further obligations. You may also have the option to purchase the equipment or continue to lease.
- First American will not charge a restocking fee if you return equipment.
- You will not be required to return equipment in its original packing materials.
- You will not be required to adhere to strict packaging requirements such as asset tagging, labeling, or pre-approval of service providers.
