Independent Customer Survey Results

Each year, over 50 percent of First American's revenue is the result of new transactions with existing clients.  The high level of customer satisfaction illustrated on this graph is just one of the many reasons why our customers come back to us for all of their leasing needs. Our commitment to our customers has allowed us to grow and expand our service offerings, which helps place First American among the 100 largest equipment leasing companies in the United States year over year.


 

Results

An independent survey was sent to all First American customers with ongoing leases with equipment costs of $250,000 to $15,000,000.  Sixty-seven percent of these customers returned the survey and are included in these statistics. The results were compiled by an independent customer satisfaction firm and audited by CPA firm, Rehmann Robson.
