2017 Peer Discussion after NACUBO

Designing the Liberal Arts Institutions of the Future

More than 30 business officers from colleges and universities came together at the Minneapolis Institute of Art for a collaborative discussion about evolving liberal arts education at First American’s Peer Discussion after the NACUBO Annual Meeting.  Moderated by Doug Lederman, editor and co-founder of Inside Higher Ed, the event featured a panel of three innovative Presidents of Liberal Arts Schools and promoted a collaborative discussion on how to redesign our schools for the future. The content and discussion of the evening was focused on current disruptions and challenges facing business officers, shifts needed to the business model and the evolution of the CBO role.
