First American announces the release of its 2022 Impact Report. The report is in its third year and highlights the commitment the organization has to make a lasting impact on its clients, colleagues, and community. The report includes detail on First American corporate citizenship initiatives, commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and sustainability programs.
In the report Alan Sikora, CEO states, “We’re grateful for our success and eager to share it back—to help initiate lasting change in our communities. Let’s use this look-back at 2022 as an inspiration to make an even greater impact in 2023.”
First American donated over $202,309, a 43% increase over 2021 giving and colleagues logged over 2,643 volunteer hours, a 74% increase over 2021 efforts.
