Monitor Magazine, the leading source for equipment financing and leasing news, has named Emma Bambury a 2021 NextGen Leader.

Emma serves as a Project Manager for First American’s Vendor division, managing leasing transactions and supporting client relationships. Emma has contributed to significant growth in the Vendor division; most recently the division doubled its originations from 2019 to 2020.  

She stands out at First American not only for her work ethic, professionalism and commitment to the company’s values, but for her passion for education. Emma provides a multitude of trainings to new Project Managers joining the First American team and is often seen as a mentor. Outside of work, Emma is currently studying for her MBA at the Simon School of Business.  

A regular recipient of company awards, Emma was most notably named a finalist in 2019 for the company’s highest honor, the Chairman’s Award. She also received company Excellence Awards in both 2017 and 2018.    

Emma shared, “If I could change one thing about the industry, it would be greater awareness for the equipment finance sector. I hope to see more young professionals joining companies like First American and discovering a rewarding career in equipment finance.”
