Businesses can make a significant impact on the environment. At First American, we choose to make ours a positive one. We’re committed to being good stewards of our natural resources by establishing initiatives to ensure we’re helping protect the earth.

Our Culture Team is at the forefront of this mission, seeking ways to make our everyday business practices more sustainable. Together, we are transforming sustainability from a concept into tangible action.

Sustainability Highlights

Throughout the year, we organize various initiatives to empower our colleagues and actively participate in cleaning up our communities. From local parks and beaches to nonprofit locations, we coordinate opportunities for our colleagues to come together and make a meaningful impact through cleanup efforts.

We believe in the power of small actions to create a big impact on our environment. That’s why we compost our coffee grounds and other compostable materials with a local organization, Impact Earth. We have diverted over 1,500 lbs of waste annually from landfills.

We collaborate with local sustainability experts to deliver practical and impactful training opportunities to our colleagues. Through hands-on learning experiences, we equip our colleagues with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize our collective efforts towards a greener future.
