We empower First American colleagues to champion initiatives they’re passionate about—and rally their teammates to help support the communities they live and work in. We call this mindset “captain your cause”, and it comes to life every day at First American.

Investing in the Future

For our youth to make a meaningful impact on our world in the future, they need our support now. That's why at First American, programs for young people are near to all our hearts.

Comfort for Our Community, Country, and World

Many of our impact events are carefully planned in advance—yet some cannot be. When emergencies arise, First American colleagues sprint into action to help bring relief to those affected.

Bringing Assistance to the Table

First American colleagues have donated over 1,000 food items to 41 different food shelf locations in the Rochester community, with a continued focus on expanding donations to meet the growing need for non-perishable items. We encourage ongoing support of local food shelves throughout every season of the year.
