Jen Hayes, CLFP

Senior Vice President

Jen oversees the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing sales organization and assists the team with customer relations. She graduated from Keuka College with a Bachelor's degree in Management.
Jen joined First American in 2010. She began her career as a Commercial Account Officer before moving to her current role. Jen earned the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation in 2016. Prior to joining First American, Jen worked in radio advertising and property management. 
In her spare time, Jen enjoys traveling, playing volleyball and softball, and spending time with her family. She currently resides in Rochester, New York.
