Already a City National Bank client, Redtail asked their bank relationship manager for ideas on how to quickly finance high-end production equipment. City National pulled in First American to introduce the concept of equipment financing, and First American soon provided a sale leaseback solution to reimburse Redtail for equipment purchased in the last 12 months. Sale leasebacks, which reimburse the client for up to 100% of their costs and allow them to repay those costs over 12-60 months, are extremely helpful in fast-moving industries like entertainment, where decisions often need to happen quickly. First American’s focused effort paid off, and the entire deal was funded in under 30 days.
