"First American's responsiveness to our needs and our financial situation has been amazing.  Rob and Zack worked hard to help us come up with a plan that would fit our tight budget while allowing us to make great leaps forward in our campus technology and deferred maintenance.  Their careful analysis of our situation and development of a specific plan have supported my work here at the University.  Our entire community has benefited from these new leasing/financing agreements in measurable ways."
