Bill’s mission is to coach, develop and oversee First American’s Project Managers and their day-to-day responsibilities. He is committed to providing excellent customer service and a seamless equipment acquisition process. He enjoys seeing the value his role can have on driving client initiatives forward.
He joined First American in 2007 as a Project Manager and served in the role for seven years. He is a two-time Excellence Award recipient and in 2017, was awarded with the company’s highest honor, the Chairman’s Award.
