Phil is a dedicated member of First American’s Higher Education division, specializing in helping colleges and universities navigate digital transformation. As part of a team focused exclusively on higher education, he has helped finance critical campus projects and technology investments for more than 800 schools nationwide.

Rayna Foy is an Account Executive on Workday's Higher Education team, focusing on institutions across the Southeast. Based in North Carolina, Rayna works closely with colleges and universities to modernize their administrative operations — from HR and finance to student success — through Workday's unified cloud platform.  With deep roots in the higher education community, Rayna works with campus leaders and collaborates on initiatives that help colleges and universities leverage technology to advance their missions.

TJ brings extensive leadership experience across higher education information technology, with expertise spanning strategic planning, enterprise systems, and large-scale program delivery. His experience leading institutional change from within gives him a firsthand understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing today’s higher education leaders. He is now focused on helping college and university leaders connect technology investments to business goals, streamline operations, and build high-performing teams in support of institutional success.
