85% of respondents to the recent Manufacturers’ Outlook Survey had unfilled positions within their companies for which they were struggling to find qualified applicants. For more than 20 years, First American has worked with our clients who face these challenges every day.

Outside of our financing solutions, we felt we could do more for the industry. First American's Future Leaders of Manufacturing Scholarship was developed to reward students pursing degrees in manufacturing and STEM fields.
