Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected First American Equipment Finance as one of the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™. This is First American’s second time being named to this prestigious list, coming in at No. 47 in the small & medium category.
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work® analyzed the survey responses of over 640,000 women who work for Great Place To Work Certified™ companies that were eligible for the list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, have women in at least 20% of non-executive management roles, and have at least one female executive in the C-suite.
First American continues to exceed industry benchmarks for the representation and advancement of women. During the last fiscal year, women represented 46% of First American’s workforce and earned 51% of all promotions. These results reflect the company's ongoing commitment to developing talent and expanding leadership opportunities across the organization.
