First American Equipment Finance has received the 2026 Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Inclusive Leadership Award. This is First American’s first recognition through the Chamber of Commerce’s Inclusive Leadership Awards program.
Now in its fifth year, the Inclusive Leadership Award honors organizations creating meaningful, lasting change in workplace cultures where employees feel acknowledged and valued. The program recognizes companies for their commitment to inclusive workplace culture, equitable practices, employee engagement, and community impact.
“Receiving the Inclusive Leadership Award means so much to me because it recognizes a culture shaped by everyone at First American,” said Carol Roselle, SVP, Human Resources. “It comes through in how we treat one another, value the different perspectives each of us brings, and genuinely celebrate each other’s success. You can only build a culture like this when everyone is all in.”
First American’s commitment to inclusion and belonging is reflected through colleague-led groups and programs, professional development opportunities, equitable workplace practices, and ongoing investment in the Greater Rochester community.
