First American Equipment Finance is pleased to announce that it has ranked #21 on the Selling Power 50 Best Companies to Sell For list. This is the 23rd consecutive year the ranking has been published by Selling Power and First American’s seventh consecutive year on the list.
To assemble this year’s list, Selling Power’s research team created a thorough application to gather data across four main categories: compensation and benefits, sales onboarding and training strategies, sales culture in alignment with company culture, and how well the company reflected a diverse and inclusive workforce. The list encompasses companies of various sizes ranging from medium to enterprise.
