In late November, nearly 300 colleagues gathered in Niagara Falls for First American’s companywide Kickoff meeting. The meeting brings colleagues together to focus on connection, inspiration and celebration.

The meeting theme was “Next Level” and focused on empowering colleagues with ideas on how to take the business to new heights in the coming year.
