Top Workplace In Roc

First American has been named #1 on the Rochester Top Workplaces 2022 list (midsize category, 125-399 FTE) by Democrat & Chronicle. This is First American’s second consecutive year on the list. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
