Alan Sikora, CEO of First American recently sat down with Joe Lomonaco of local radio station, WHAM1180, to discuss the company’s culture and growth plans. The segment – Get Real – is hosted by the Greater Rochester Enterprise (GRE), a regional economic development organization.
