Best for Millennials

FORTUNE and Great Place to Work® have honored First American Equipment Finance as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Millennials list (under 1,000 FTE). This is First American’s sixth time being named to the nationwide list, this year coming in at #39.
 
The Best Workplaces for Millennials award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 6.1 million current U.S. employees. In that survey, 98% of First American employees said First American is a great place to work. This number is 39% higher than the average U.S. company. 68% of First American’s workforce is millennial and 16% is Gen Z.
