First American Equipment Finance is pleased to announce that it has ranked #22 on the Selling Power 50 Best Companies to Sell For list. This is the 22nd consecutive year the ranking has been published by Selling Power and First American’s sixth consecutive year on the list. 
 
To assemble this year’s list, Selling Power’s research team created a thorough application to gather data and rank companies across four main categories: compensation and benefits, sales onboarding and training strategies, sales culture in alignment with company culture, and how well the company reflected a diverse and inclusive workforce. Most companies featured on the list were notably successful and continued to thrive despite facing the worst inflationary period in decades. The list encompasses companies of all sizes – ranging from fewer than 100 salespeople to salesforce numbers in the thousands.
