Entrepreneur Magazine and Culture IQ today released its premier Top Company Culture list, and First American Equipment Finance ranked #14 among high performance cultures with 100+ employees in the U.S.

To develop the ranking, Entrepreneur surveyed employees across First American and other organizations to determine the employees’ perspective on culture. Employee feedback and comments were then scored based on an algorithm. The study measured 10 areas that are predictive of high-performing cultures, including collaboration, innovation, agility, communication, support, wellness, work environment, responsibility, performance focus, and mission and value alignment.

Indeed, the Entrepreneur ranking went beyond perks and mantras to study the set of beliefs, behaviors, and employee engagement across the organization.

A high-performance culture translates to positive business results for First American. In fiscal 2016, First American grew new business volume by 46%, which is the company’s 4th straight year of greater than 25% growth.
