The Victor Local Development Corporation honored First American Equipment Finance as Financial Service Champion of the Year. This is First American’s first time being named to the Victor Business Awards in its 17th year. The list is made up of 16 companies and individuals in the area.
The annual awards show started to pay tribute to Victor’s exceptional businesses and community supporters. The program is modeled after the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Business Awards. Each year, a committee reviews nominations and determines category criteria and winners.
“We are honored to be recognized among outstanding neighboring businesses in our area,” said CEO, Alan Sikora. “The goal for our new headquarters in Victor was to create a destination for top talent in financial services.”
Over the past five years, First American’s new business volume has grown substantially, from $1.03 billion in 2017 to $1.87 billion in 2022.
