Adam Fay leads the Operations team at First American Equipment Finance, where he is dedicated to delivering best-in-class human and digital experiences for all clients. Driven by First American's vision to be the best company to work for and with, Adam takes pride in contributing to a company that continues to grow in both size and impact.
Since joining First American in 2002, Adam's hard work and leadership have earned him significant recognition. In 2003, he received the company's Chairman's Award, and in 2010, he was honored as one of the Rochester Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" honorees. In 2020, Adam was awarded the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester BIG Impact Award.
Adam is deeply committed to community service. He has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester for nearly 20 years, serving as a volunteer, committee member, board member, and chairman of several special events, including the annual Golf Fore Kids’ Sake. Adam also volunteers his time as a board member and coach in the Rush-Henrietta Athletic Association youth baseball program.
Adam holds dual bachelor's degrees in economics and psychology from the University of Rochester.
He lives in Henrietta, NY with his family, and enjoys outdoor activities like baseball, camping, and traveling to new destinations.
