Alexis plays a key role in streamlining processes, removing obstacles, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency. She is motivated by collaboration and takes pride in being a reliable contributor—continually adopting new tools to help the team perform at its best. Her focus includes aligning sales initiatives with marketing strategies to enhance messaging and strengthen overall enablement. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2021, graduating in the top 5% of her class, and later earned an MBA in marketing from RIT. Since joining First American in 2025, Alexis has helped implement technologies and workflows that boost productivity. 

Based in Rochester, NY, Alexis enjoys gardening, traveling, cooking, and exploring new places. She’s also passionate about animal rescue and volunteers with local organizations like ROC The Dogs Rescue.
