Ashtyn’s goal is to lead technology projects and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders while managing time and resources, solving problems, adapting to changes, and motivating project team members. She also ensures every project aligns with the vision, purpose, and goals of First American. She enjoys that every day and every project brings an opportunity to face unique challenges and learn new skills.
In 2013, she began her career at First American. Prior to her current role in IT, she has worked in Billing, Collections, Finance and Asset Management.

She lives in Williamson, NY with her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Reagan and Drew. They also have a silver Labrador, George, and two cats, Henry and Frank.
Outside of Work:
She serves as a Trustee on her local school board and is the Treasurer for Williamson's Recreation Committee.
