Brooke works with healthcare companies to develop customized financing solutions.
Brooke supports healthcare organizations serving aging adults and individuals living with mental health concerns or special needs by providing customized financing. Inspired by the dedication of her clients in long-term care and specialty services, Brooke is passionate about helping them secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.
Brooke joined First American in 2023, with prior experience at CCRCs, home care agencies, and PACE organizations. She leverages her deep understanding of her clients’ unique challenges to deliver tailored financing solutions that align with their mission and operational needs. Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Hartford and is a member of LeadingAge and the Greater Rochester Area Partnership for the Elderly (GRAPE).
Living in Penfield, NY, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and big Italian family. She is passionate about advocating for working mothers—founding First American’s internal 'Working Moms' network and leading efforts to create additional facilities to support parents in the workplace. Outside of work, she coaches girls’ volleyball.
