Bruce serves as general counsel for First American.

Bruce's mission is to provide legal expertise and resources to First American colleagues. With more than 30 years of experience in the leasing industry, he is committed to helping colleagues further new and existing financing relationships with clients across the country. He appreciates the opportunity to be a part of a company that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of clients.

Prior to joining First American in 2003, he served as an in-house and outside counsel for many well-known lessors including Tokai Financial Services, CIT and Fleet Capital. Over the course of his career, he also co-led two national seminars in Russia and Egypt focused on modernizing financial services. 

In order to keep up with emerging trends in the equipment financing and legal industries, he is an active member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association and presents at the Legal Forum every year.

Bruce and his wife, Ellen, split time between Westborough, MA and Ligonier, PA and are frequently joined by their son, Clark, and daughter, Julie. They have a special place in their hearts for Wheaten Terriers.
