Carol Roselle
SVP, HUMAN RESOURCES
Carol Roselle leads the Human Resources team at First American Equipment Finance, where she is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive culture by providing colleagues with the tools they need to grow and flourish in their careers. Carol finds inspiration in the daily contributions of her colleagues, all working toward achieving First American’s vision of becoming the best company to work for and with.
Since joining First American in 2013, Carol's hard work and dedication have earned her both national and local recognition. In 2020, she received a Great Place to Work® Leadership Award and was nominated as a finalist for Rochester HR Executive of the Year. In 2016, she was a finalist for First American's highest honor, the Chairman's Award.
Carol holds a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Roberts Wesleyan College and a master's degree in human resource management from Capella University. She is also certified as a Senior Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.
Residing in Webster, NY, with her family, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, along with their cat and six chickens.
