Emma supports the communications, branding and marketing strategy for First American’s products and services available to City National Bank and RBC clients. She enjoys bringing life to a marketing vision, while focusing on content creation and strategy.
She has been a part of the City National support channel since 2017 and has enjoyed growing her role into what it is today. She also enjoys being involved in committees within First American that connect her to her colleagues and help to build a strong culture within First American.
She recieved a First American excellence award in 2019 and a Hermes Gold Award, Pinnacle Award and Apex Award of Excellence for marketing initiaives orchestrated over the years.

She resides in Penfield, NY and thoroughly enjoys any activity that involves being outdoors, on the water and in the sun (the New York winters are especially hard for her).
