First American is comprised of experienced finance professionals who are committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
Heather’s mission is to provide best-in-class service and equipment finance expertise to RBC clients and prospects. Every day, she looks forward to playing a small part in the client’s journey to success by helping them grow their business with customized finance solutions.
Her previous career experience is primarily marketing and strategy, developing award-winning campaigns that helped drive results. This gives her a unique skill set and perspective on equipment acquisition projects.
In 2021, Heather completed her MBA at the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. During her time at Simon, she held a Senior Analyst position on the student-led Venture Fund, where she secured the first investment for a female-founded startup. Her passion for helping organizations flourish is undeniable, and she continues to bring this to her work with RBC.

She is a member of the Board of Directors for The Center for Youth in Rochester, NY where she supports initiatives that create opportunities, remove barriers, and promote social justice. In her free time, she enjoys being active by biking, hiking, running or doing yoga.
