Hayes
SVP, TEAM LEADER
Jen leads the Manufacturing West team.
Jen’s mission is to lead her team in building relationships with manufacturers and developing solutions that support business growth. She enjoys learning about different manufacturers across the country and how they innovate their business. Coming from a family whose father worked in automotive manufacturing for his whole career, she is proud to support U.S. manufacturing and the role it plays in job creation for millions of Americans just like him.
After a short stint in radio advertising, she started with First American in 2010, working with manufacturers and other for-profit businesses in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. She transitioned to the role of SVP in 2014. In 2020, she was a finalist for the company's highest honor, the Chairman’s Award.

Jen and her husband, Shawn, recently built their dream home on 20 acres in Hemlock, NY, while also welcoming a baby girl and 2 new puppies in 2021. When they aren’t busy working on their property or playing with their 3 “babies”, they enjoy spending time with their 15 nieces and nephews and traveling the country to visit every MLB stadium.
