Joe leads portfolio management for the City National Bank support, RBC support, and Vendor teams and their clients. His main goal is to enhance and maintain First American’s credit portfolio while mitigating risk and ensuring policy compliance. Joe is motivated by the opportunity to help diversify the portfolio while supporting clients and contributing to their success. 

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from SUNY Brockport and an MBA from St. John Fisher College. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Prior to joining First American, Joe managed M&A assignments for a multi-billion dollar corporation and co-owned, developed, and sold a software company to a Top 50 CPA firm. His extensive experience in public accounting, focusing on consulting, M&A, attestation, and fraud examination, brings significant value to his current role. 

Residing in Penfield, NY, Joe enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.
