Josh drives his team to succeed and build lasting relationships.
Josh supports a team of Program Managers as they build strong vendor relationships and develop financing programs that help empower vendor success. He strives for an open and collaborative leadership style and enjoys meeting the challenges of a division where no two days are the same.
Josh holds a B.S. in corporate finance from St. John Fisher University and has earned numerous accolades since joining First American in 2015, including the Vendor Program Manager of the Year and Breakout Performer of the Year awards. He is also a Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP).
Based in Rochester, NY, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and Goldendoodle. He is a certified NSCAA goalkeeper coach at the State, Regional, and National levels and is passionate about golf, archery, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
