Kristen focuses on building meaningful, long-term relationships by bringing curiosity, adaptability, and a people-centric mindset to every client interaction. She is motivated by learning each client’s story and finding creative ways to support their goals—helping manufacturers move forward with equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and operational growth. 

Before joining First American in 2025, Kristen helped build an insurance team and compliance network at a startup, earning multiple internal recognitions early in her career. She studied at both Bowling Green State University and Monroe Community College.  

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys baking, going to the movies, and traveling to visit friends and family across the country.
