Lauren leads the marketing strategy for the K-12 and Higher Education teams, collaborating with them to address industry challenges while executing multi-channel campaigns and coordinating events. Passionate about education, she is committed to making a meaningful impact on schools, students, and communities.

Since joining First American in 2016, Lauren has played a key role in driving process improvements and efficiencies across the company. In 2019, she was recognized with the Record New Client Generation award for her marketing performance. She received the Excellence Award in 2022 for her significant contributions to the company’s success and was honored with the Outstanding Performance in Marketing award in 2023.

Lauren resides in Rochester, NY, with her husband and energetic Goldendoodle. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time on Canandaigua Lake with family and friends. She also serves on the executive board of the American Advertising Federation of Greater Rochester.
