Since joining First American in 2016, Lauren has played a key role in driving process improvements and efficiencies across the company. In 2019, she was recognized with a Record New Client Generation award for her marketing performance. She received an Excellence Award in 2022 for her significant contributions to the company’s success and was honored with the Outstanding Performance in Marketing award in 2023. In 2025, Lauren was recognized as the Operations Person of the Year at First American.
Lauren resides in Rochester, NY with her husband and energetic goldendoodle. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time on Canandaigua Lake with family and friends. She also serves on the associate board of Golisano Children’s Hospital and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester.
