She earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics with a minor in psychology from SUNY Cortland. With a background in project management, Lexa has developed expertise in client communication, problem-solving, and process optimization. This experience enables her to effectively address client needs and provide solutions that support long-term success.
Outside of work, Lexa loves traveling the world and enjoys snowboarding. She values spending time with her family and creates lasting memories by exploring new destinations together.
