Lexi leads the project management team for the Healthcare division.
Lexi leads a team of Project Managers focused on delivering a seamless experience for healthcare clients. She is passionate about empowering her colleagues to achieve their goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and helping healthcare providers stay focused on patient care.
Since joining First American in 2016, Lexi has held multiple roles and has consistently earned peer recognition for her excellence and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from SUNY Fredonia and is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP).
Lexi lives in Victor, NY with her husband, two young sons, their Australian Shepherd, and family cat. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her family.
