Lori’s mission through her 23 years at First American has always been to help people grow. That growth includes helping her clients pay for equipment or newly renovated space that helps with patient care, as well as the opportunity to see colleagues grow in their role.
She is passionate about her work because healthcare is something that touches everybody, no matter their age, profession or where they live. Lori truly appreciates the chance to help provide better healthcare to patients through her work and is involved with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

She currently resides in Shortsville, NY, with her husband. They own a number of cats, dogs and chickens, even having goats, rabbits, pigs and ferrets in the past. Since she and her husband are animal lovers, they have rescued dozens of cats and dogs, and they actively donate to animal non-profits.
