Makenna is responsible for assessing new leasing relationships through an industry-specific approach to underwriting. By conducting comprehensive business and financial analyses, she helps her teams deliver strategic leasing solutions that support clients in achieving their objectives and serving their customers more effectively.
Makenna holds a Bachelor of Science in corporate finance from St. John Fisher University. Since joining First American in 2017, she has become a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients. Her contributions and leadership were recognized with an Excellence Award in 2021.
Makenna resides in Penfield, NY, with her husband, their two rapidly growing boys, and their lively pup.
