Marie’s mission is to create authentic and engaging learning opportunities for First American colleagues. She feels passionately that purposeful training and course design helps colleagues feel inspired, energized, and confident to take on challenges and achieve their goals.  

She believes that learning and development plays a valuable role in First American’s growth by cultivating experiences for colleagues to share their unique perspectives and understandings, to help move the company forward. She is fortunate to be able to interact and collaborate with different colleagues each day.  

Prior to joining First American, she worked in education as a classroom teacher and curriculum design lead.
