Marietta is dedicated to supporting her team and creating an environment where every team member can thrive in supporting the manufacturing industry. With a background in operations and leadership, she helps create custom solutions that support the strategic objectives of clients, like cash preservation and operational efficiency.

Since joining First American in 2016, Marietta has been repeatedly recognized for her outstanding contributions, including receiving an Excellence Award in 2019, being named a Chairman’s Award Finalist in 2021, winning the Chairman’s Award in 2022, and earning a Rochester Business Journal Women of Excellence Award in 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in mathematics from SUNY Geneseo and is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP).

Marietta lives in Fairport, NY, with her husband, daughter, and two cats. She is actively involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for Dimitri House and as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, creating art, and spending time with family.
