Michael’s mission is to provide the best possible leasing and financing experience to RBC clients and prospects. He enjoys helping clients explore the art of what is possible when it comes to implementing a tailored equipment finance program. He finds it truly rewarding to watch his clients' businesses grow and knowing that First American played a small role in their success.
He started at First American in 2008 as a Project Manager serving clients on the operational side for five years. He then transitioned to the Asset Management team, assisting clients at the end of the lease for five years. In 2015, he was named Operations Person of the Year.

Outside of Work:
He currently resides in Sparta, NJ with his wife Danielle and their two children, Cameron (daughter) and Jordan (son). They also have two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, named Brooklyn and Oliver. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is an avid New York Yankees, New York Giants and Syracuse Orange sports fan.
