Mike leads the commercial underwriting and approval process for City National Bank and RBC clients. He leverages First American’s leasing products and the banks' offerings to build long-term relationships and support business growth. 

Before joining First American in 2020, Mike held various roles at a regional commercial bank, including credit manager, commercial real estate and appraisal manager, SBA loan officer, and relationship manager. He oversaw the bank’s SBA Department and earned a National SBA Fundamental Diploma from the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL). His contributions were recognized with the SBA Advocate/Lender of the Year award for the Buffalo, NY SBA District. At First American, Mike has received several peer-nominated awards, including Credit Colleague of the Quarter and an Excellence Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance from St. John Fisher University. 

A native of Rochester, NY, Mike lives there with his wife and their two daughters. He is actively involved in the community, serving as treasurer and executive board member of the Child Care Council of Rochester and coaching his alma mater’s varsity football team. An avid Buffalo Bills and Syracuse Orange fan, he is passionate about both sports and giving back to his community.
